The Governors of Rickley Junior School would like to welcome you all to our school. We all want to be sure that the school we send our children to is the right one for them, and hope that this prospectus will give you an insight into the wide range of opportunities Rickley School can offer your child. We are committed to the delivery of a well planned, well structured, balanced and stimulating curriculum that we feel is so important for both the academic and personal growth of each child. We believe that this is best achieved through an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect between the school staff, governors, parents, the local community, and not least the children themselves. On the governing body there are representatives of the staff, community, Local Authority and parents. We are all involved in the life of the school, both formally through our meetings and informally through our visits to the school and our attendance at special events and performances. Our main concern is that we offer the best learning experience possible to your child. We are available to discuss any questions you may have and we welcome any comments or contributions you feel you would like to make.
